- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with full packaging intact.
- If the product arrives damaged or not as described, the store will cover the replacement or return shipping cost.
- If the customer wishes to return the product without any defect or reason, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
- Returns are not accepted for used products or items damaged after opening.
